The implementation of the ENEMLOS project was monitored
The Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual Arts and Culture (EACEA), within its competences, carried out monitoring of the implementation of the ENEMLOS project on March 27, 2023.
The monitoring envoy visited the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro and held an interview with the management committee, delegates of non-academic partners in Montenegro, students, and visited the premises of the legal clinic.
Project coordinator prof. Dr. Biljana Đuričin presented the implemented activities with members of the project's steering committee.
Nonacademic partners emphasized their role in the implementation of the project, above all the importance of cooperation between the higher education of lawyers and judicial institutions.
The report on behalf of the Bar Chamber of Montenegro (BCoM) was presented by the Project manager dr. Nina Radulović. In addition to the participation of the BCoM in the activities envisaged by the project plan, namely trainings, study visits, lectures to students and mentoring of issued legal opinions, she particularly emphasized the contribution of this institution to the added value of the project in the form of a special web presentation in the national language, three published electronic books, promotion realized within the framework of the complementary project "Justice Fair 2020", with which the monitoring envoy was impressed.
Students who participated in legal clinics in the previous two semesters emphasized the advantages of working with live clients both in the domain of mastering the teaching material and in the domain of acquiring the skills necessary for practice.
The monitoring envoy made a detailed written report regarding everything presented on the spot.
