Meeting of non-academic partners regarding financial issues
At the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro, the Vice dean for teaching and the person in charge of finances in the ENEMLOS project, Dr Nikola Dožić, held a meeting with non-academic partners regarding the distribution and consumption of the project’s funds.
The meeting was attended by Dr Nina Radulović, the Project Manager on behalf of the Bar Chamber of Montenegro.
Certain irregularities were noted on the part of non-academic partners during financial reporting and filling in of forms submitted through the project related to staff engagement. The details of these issues were clarified at the initiative of representatives of non-academic partners.
It was mainly a matter of misunderstanding the Erasmus + business model due to the change in the implementation staff of the non-academic partners, because this model was explained at the beginning of the project to representatives who later did not take responsibility for the implementation.
It was concluded that irregularities can be eliminated with additional effort, because it is important that the project reaches its full financial and documentary regularity until its finalization and financial audit.
