Virtual meeting of the Management Board of the ENEMLOS project for 2020

Via Zoom application, on December 11, 2020 (from 11 a.m. to 15 p.m.) was held the annual meeting of the Management Board of the ENEMLOS project, which was attended by the Project manager, Dr. Nina Radulović, acting on behalf of the Bar Chamber of Montenegro (BCM).

The above materials, previously submitted for review and revision, were presented at the meeting in the draft form and adopted.

The Bar Chamber of Montenegro had an objection to the Sustainability Plan, considering it incomplete, as it presents the way of sustainability from the point of view of participation of the University of Montenegro, including academic personnel and students, but, once the ENEMLOS project is terminated, it does not provide for the sustainability of participation in the legal clinics’ work of other national partner institutions, such as BCM. It has been emphasized that BCM has a Sustainability Plan for the participation of its membership, which has already been presented to the national institutions of the judiciary and prosecutor's office through a series of bilateral meetings, and on who’s good will the implementation of that plan depends. After discussion and explanation that the adoption of the draft Sustainability Plan does not imply the exclusion of its further improvement, considering that the conditions for drafting the final Sustainability Plan have not yet been matured until all the planned study visits are completed and all the available models of legal clinical work are considered, BCM agreed to provisionally adopt the pertinent plan at the meeting.
