11.00-12.00 1.Reporting on the Status quo of ENEMLOS
1.1.Ongoing activities and work packages
(study visit, trainings, procurements)
Study visits and trainings have been postponed until further notice due to the Covid 19 virus pandemic. There is a possibility of the suspension of the Project for one year. The planned procurements are in progress, with possible delays.
1.2.Financial issues
Minor corrections to the financial plan for the implementation of the Project were made after the Kick-off Meeting in Budva, held in between February 23-26, in favor of foreign partners, which was recorded by the amendments to the Partnership Agreement.
1.3.Management issues
It has been recommended to communicate all the issues of importance for Project management and financial reporting through the Coordinator, i.e. the LF UM.
1.3.1. Documents to be presented:
- The Copy of the partnership agreement (still not signed);
- The Copy of the Project management team formation;
- Minutes of the last coordination meeting with non-academic partners in Montenegro and coordination meeting with project management team;
- The Report regarding the Kick-off meeting in Budva;
- The Copy of the proposed amendments on the PA;
- the Copy of the most relevant pages of the Project’s website and other dissemination material such as media coverage.

Discussion on contentious issues by institutions and by the Erasmus+ Office, Montenegro
The Bar Chamber has pointed out many doubts related to the financial feasibility of the Project. It has been agreed to seek practical solutions through cooperation and dialogue.
