Information on joining the ENEMLOS Project
The Bar Chamber of Montenegro, appreciating the importance of the development of legal education in Montenegro, at the beginning of the current year accepted the invitation of the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro for cooperation and entry to the Project "Legal Clinics in the Service of Vulnerable Groups: Increasing the Employability of Law Students through Practical Education - ENEMLOS"; i.e. the President of the BCM Zdravko Begović has signed the statement on joining the partnership agreement in March. It is expected that the partnership agreement for the implementation of the Project will be signed by all the academic and non-academic partners from the country and abroad during June 2020. By joining the Project, the Bar Chamber of Montenegro strives to include its members, as excellent practitioners, in the professional development of law students. The development of legal education is a key segment of the affirmation of the legal profession as an independent and autonomous service within the national judicial system, which is why the BCM entered into cooperation with the Faculty of Law of UM, recognizing the importance of the Project.
The non-academic national partners in the Project are, besides the Bar Chamber of Montenegro, the Supreme Court, the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office, the Notary Chamber, the Chamber of Public Executors and the Mediation Center.
