Publication “LEGAL CLINIC, ABSTRACT OF THE TRAINING ZAGREB ONLINE DECEMBER 7-9, 2020” has been released

The publication has been created out of desire and intention of the writer dr Nina Radulović to provide a permanent record of the professional presentations and demonstrations of educators offered at the training Zagreb online, held from 7 to 9 December 2020 through a web platform, as a part of the ENEMLOS project implementation. The publication summarizes information, terms and concepts relevant to the proper understanding of the function of the institution of a "legal clinic" within the education of future lawyers, but also within the wider social context related to the provision of free legal aid to vulnerable social groups. Moreover, the most important elements of the discussion, as an accompanying part of the training that enables prefunding of the subject topics through exchange of opinions, are presented. The material also offers a permanent reminder for the participants of the training, but equally a source from which the professional community in general can be acquainted with the institution of the legal clinic in a simple and friendly manner. However, the publication should not be taken as an absolutely reliable source of information or a medium for integral recording of the attitudes and thoughts of training participants, because it has aroused from the writer’s efforts to capture the "living word" according to his own choice and perception.

The Zagreb online training was organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro, with the intention to familiarize the Montenegrin partners of the ENEMLOS project with the institution of the legal clinic. The training primarily presented the organizational model and experiences of the Law Clinic of the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, together with an overview of different experiences and models in comparative systems. Representatives of the Montenegrin judiciary and prosecutor's office, the Bar Association, the Notary Chamber, the Chamber of Public Executors and the Mediation Canter participated in the training.

The publication is an electronic edition and it is recommendable to be read in its electronic form, using the zoom scale of at least 125%, as it contains photo slides of a rather concentrated text and a small font size. The publication is available only in Montenegrin language.
