Working experience:
She has been engaged in independent consulting since 2000 for renowned domestic and international clients, having interruptions due to further education and professional training at globally prestigious academic institutions, where she was accepted as an exceptional talent and scholarship holder granted by foreign governments and international organizations. Among her clients and business partners can be found USAID Montenegro, CHF International, Saatchi & Saatchi, Eurofond, HLT Fund, Ministry of Economy of Montenegro, Ministry of Science of Montenegro, Mercedes-Benz Montenegro and many others. She also worked as a professor at the University of Mediterranean for several academic seasons, concluding in 2015, delivering courses in International Finance (final year of the Faculty of Economics) and Financial Regulation and Policy (specialist studies for Banking Management). During her career, she acted as a leading expert in drafting important national regulations and strategic documents, beginning with the Law on Protection of Competition (2005) and the Law on Consumer Protection (2007), until the recent successfully executed projects such as the Strategy of Scientific Research Activity 2017-2021 and the Smart Specialization Strategy 2019-2024 (with the accompanying web platform www.s3.me)

Maja Živković, attorney at law

- Bachelor of Law and Specialist in Criminal Law (University of Montenegro - 2013)
- Master studies in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (University of Belgrade, Serbia)

Fields of expertise: civil substantive and procedural law, commercial law, family law, labour law, intellectual property law, media law, basic human rights and freedoms

Working experience:
Maja Živković is a lawyer and junior partner in the law office "Olja Mihailović" in Podgorica, with many years of independent work and acquired knowledge and experience, both through a large number of court proceedings before courts in all instances and state bodies in Montenegro, and through legal advice to domestic and foreign individuals and legal entities. In her practice, she focuses on civil and commercial law, with particular interest in the family matters, human rights and fundamental freedoms, and intellectual property rights. Due to the cooperation with the Association of Professional Journalists of Montenegro, she is increasingly dealing with media law.

Before she started an independent law career, she has finished traineeship within the law office ,,Velimirović & Partneri”, that has provided her a significant experience in the field of business and civil law.

She has participated in numerous domestic and international seminars, conferences and trainings. Due to her interest in the protection and promotion of human rights, she has cooperated with several non-governmental organizations and institutions in Montenegro and abroad. She is currently also employed as the Director of the Legal Department at the European Law and Finance Association (EALF).

SECRETARY
Competences: Provides support to the project implementation in terms of logistics and financial management and reporting
Ivana Aničić
Born: 1984
Working for BCM since: 2009

Education:
- Bachelor of Law and Specialist in Civil Law (University of Montenegro - 2009)

Knowledge of foreign languages:
- English (conversational level)
- Italian (elementary level)

Working experience:
Employed in the Bar Chamber of Montenegro (BCM) since September 2009 as an intern, while since 2012 is engaged as a permanent employee. Performs administrative and technical tasks: records keeping, preparing sessions of BCN bodies, working at the Disciplinary Court and the Higher Disciplinary Court of BCM, provides legal and technical support to working groups during the preparation of general acts of BCM, communicates daily with interested parties, etc.
